First, let us introduce one of our Founders:
Founder
Garry E. Meier
Garry Meier founded the Tablero Group to deploy the transformational and growth-oriented methodologies and shareholder value processes he and his associates had developed over his 45-year career.
Mr. Meier is highly recognized as a business services outsourcing thought leader and change agent in the both the domestic and international business services sectors. He is a noted speaker on strategic planning, strategy development and implementation, sector trends and analysis, corporate governance, business ethics, capital markets trends and transformational business model development.
Mr. Meier has served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee on the many issues facing small business in the “New Global Economy”, and as a senior advisor to the U.S Commerce Dept. on international small business trade, including outsourcing and offshore business services.
Mr. Meier currently devotes a majority of his time working with and mentoring CEO Entrepreneurs on strategy development and implementation, business model and process development, financial engineering and governance, as well as providing guidance on the trends and opportunities for businesses services and BPO organizations in both the domestic and global markets.

Strategic CFO Practice Leader
Jose V. Garza
Jose Valentin Garza brings more than 15+ years of experience and knowledge in the financial accounting and operational reporting arenas to Tablero. Jose provides a Strategic CFO perspective for high-growth-oriented service business models. He has served as Interim Strategic CFO of 3 BPO organizations, developing Operational Measurement & Metrics, Financial Forecasting, Integration of Back Office systems, Cost Modeling to Income Statement dynamics, and Board Room Presentations to Institutional Investors. His clients, as a result of his expertise, have experienced significant increase in revenue, gross profit, EBITDA and the resulting enterprise value.
Jose has significant expertise in financial modeling based upon operating metrics, and has managed financial and operational projects for various Tablero clients.
Additionally, Jose being bilingual and of Latin American heritage enjoys significant knowledge and experience in the Financial Modeling and Economic Analysis of Nearshore BPO site selection and implementation in the LATAM region.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Tablero in early 2015, Jose worked in the audit and assurance practice of a public accounting firm serving some of Houston’s most prominent emerging business services organizations and private equity firms. Early career assignments included various roles within the corporate finance function in the healthcare and government sectors.
Jose holds an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance, combined with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Jose is fluent in both English and Spanish, and resides in Houston, TX.

Nora Montoya Perez
26+years of outsourcing sector experience, providing operational management, business development, and BPO sales management expertise.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Nora Montoya Perez, for the past 12+ years exclusively focuses her activities on the BPO and Customer Service arenas. Nora is a 26+ year veteran of the outsourcing/BPO sector, having started her outsourcing career as a contact center agent and customer service representative.
Nora's successful career as an agent and supervisor allowed her to assume positions of increasing responsibility, leading to her role as Executive Vice President of Client Services for Mega Linea, SA. She held this role for 10 years, and managed 6 centers in 4 LATAM countries, which employed approximately 2,000 employees.
Nora’s early career assignments included 6 years as Executive Director of Ordenamientos Profesionales Automatizados (OPA), a high growth provider of technology support centers to the LATAM financial services community.
Nora holds an undergraduate degree in Social Services and a graduate degree in Labor Administration and Taxation from Universidad de Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia.
Nora is fluent in Spanish and English and is TOEFL-certified in English. She enjoys dual citizenship both in the U.S. and Colombia.
